Apply to run a campaign
CellTree is used by campaigns to organise supporters into cells and count real, verified support toward a winning number. There is no self-service route to a live campaign — every application is reviewed by a person.
What brings you here?
1. Confirm who you are
Checked against the national register. Your ID number is used for the check and is never stored — only a one-way digest of it is kept.
2. Tell us about the campaign
A candidate campaign is run by one person standing for office. A political party campaign is run by the party itself, and can field more than one candidate later.
About the party
A political party application also needs your ORPP certificate reference and at least one signatory. The server checks for the same two things, so filling them in here only means finding out sooner if either is missing.
The reference on your party's certificate from the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP). A platform reviewer checks it before approving your application.
Signatories
At least one person who signs this application for the party. Add as many as you need. Each National ID number and phone number is encrypted the moment you add it here, and is cleared from this page once the application is sent. You are recording who signed on the party's behalf — not asking them to agree to anything here themselves.

Applying to run a campaign is sensitive personal data. It is processed only with this consent, which you can withdraw at any time — the Privacy Policy says how, and what happens then.
2. Enter your invitation code
The code you were sent, exactly as it appears. It was issued to one phone number, and only that number can use it.

Have it sent again
We will send it to the number it was issued to, and tell you nothing about whether there was anything to send.
A re-sent invitation code replaces the old one, so any earlier code stops working.
Application received
A platform administrator will review it. If it is approved you will be told what the registration fee is and given time to pay it — the campaign is not live until that lands.
That fee is for access only. It switches the campaign on and covers nothing else — voter registers and identity checks are priced separately, and you will see what each costs before buying it.
Nothing has been charged, and nothing is charged if the application is declined.
